How we deal with the covid-19

To prevent the spread of Covid-19

Hygiene is always strictly taken care of in our salon and at the moment we are even more improved salon hygiene.

We have always taken good care of cleanliness and we do not deviate from this.

You can come and do treatments with us in our clean environment.

Cleaning, disinfection and protection
- cleaning / disinfecting / sterilizing the contact surfaces after each customer
- we have face masks and protective gloves if necessary
- we have reduced the number of staff (alternately on different days at work)
- We're not shaking hands
- our team bember who is symptomatic or in the same quarantine condition
with or suspected of being infected with the virus.

Prioritization of payment methods
- you can pay with a debit card, we hope to receive cash payments
least of all.

Please make sure that you only come to the treatments healthy.

This allows us to keep the doors open and salon running.

What do we expect from you?
Dear Customer;
- Wash your hands with soap when entering and leaving the salon
- Disinfection bottles are on display to disinfect your hands
- avoid touching the door handles and surfaces, even if we disinfect them at frequent intervals
- if you have symptoms of the flu or if you have spent time with a flu or quarantined person
please postpone or cancel your treatment by email, phone call or message.

Due to an exceptional situation, cancellation of the treatment period is free of charge at any stage before the treatment beginning if you book another time from our team.
